Bear with me on this one. My husband is remarkably shy when it comes to me using him as my muse (which may be why I take so many photos of my cat - he doesn't complain as loudly). However, with this shot I managed to obscure him to a suitable degree that he isn't grumbling too much about it. Not a very traditional shot, but interesting, no?

  • Interesting yes. And very, very creepy and dreamlike. What did you shoot through?

  • Very cool! The various noise and scratches give this image such unique life.

  • I, too, am curious what you shot this thru. Clingfilm ? Whatever, it sure makes a distinctive shot.

  • Actually, it was done in post-processing with a pattern overlay - have I ruined the magic now? :p
I plan on experimenting with various materials in front of the lens though - I'm feeling quite abstract at the moment!
