I just LOVE the texture you give to these images. This one looks very vintage. Like it was taken back in the 1920s, and has been stored in a box up in the attic for decades, and just has been discovered by the great-grandson... I love it. :)
This is an image of great detail – even where it cannot be seen. The close leaves seem to brush the lens and give added feeling for the tree just as much as those in sharp focus beyond. All appears very complete, somehow, and the desaturation forces concentration on form.
