My curtains. I originally processed this as a black and white shot, and although I like it I thought it was lacking something, so I jazzed it up a bit.
I finally got my first half-decent holgaroid shot today. In the end I only used up 9 in 'mocking blank dark-green emulsion of death' frustration, so at least I got one shot from my first pack - better than some I hear.
How do you like the new background? I've had a few comments that the white was a little stark, but I've never been a huge fan of the various shades of grey, and I think black is too dark for a lot of my shots, so this was a nice compromise.
I have found I am writing more and more under each of my shots - I apologise if I bore you :p

  • Perfect color tone for the curtains. It leaves the image feeling light yet detailed.
